Drainage work terms and conditions.

By instructing us to work you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1 Our charges are calculated by time spent on site. If we are unable to clear a drain or obtain camera footage for any reason then this is still chargeable.
2 We are not responsible for the condition of pipe work and manholes etc. so no guarantee is given against further blockages, problems or consequential loss.
3 Charges are per hour or part of, for example if the job takes 20 minutes you are charged for an hour.
If you cancel less than 2 hours before scheduled arrival time, then an hours labour is payable.
4 The work can be a dirty process and although care is taken, mess is not always avoidable. The customer accepts that mess and flooding may occur and we are not responsible for such issues. There are many dangers such as open manholes and high pressure hoses so please keep people and pets away from the work area.
5 We can not be held responsible for equipment that becomes stuck in the drainage system or any problems that this may cause.
6 Our payment terms are on completion of work unless payment is required in advance, this means the engineer must be paid before they leave. The person who booked the work is responsible for payment.
