About Us
Based in Leeds and covering the whole of Leeds and surrounding areas, we have more than 35 years of experience. With this experience comes much knowledge of drainage issues and the solutions needed to fix them. You can call us out for all kinds of drain unblocking, from Internal Blocked Drains such as kitchen and bathroom sinks, showers and Blocked Toilets to External Blocked Drains in gardens and driveways.

Using our drain camera we can carry out a CCTV Drain Survey of the area blocked to assess the cause of the blockage and any damage. There’s no need to call out a groundworker for any Drain Repairs as that’s something we also do. We carry out home buyers surveys and supply drainage reports.
We also offer a service know as drain relining or patch repairs. This enables us to repair a cracked drain without the inconveinience and expense of digging it up.
We often use a High Pressure Drain Jetting System able to clear the most blockages. In fact it’s so powerful other companies like to use it too!
We also can replace lead water mains with MDPE plastic.

This is a common question that is often difficult to answer as the cause and extent of the blockage is often unknown. However, the majority of blockages can be cleared within the hour with just a one hour charge for labour.
We usually charge hourly rates but can sometimes give a fixed price for jobs such as above ground soil pipe replacement or a manhole replacing. If the quote involves a site visit then it will not be free.
For blockages we cannot give quotes as often the bulk of the work is locating the blockage. We do not have a call out charge which means that we do not charge travelling time to get to your property but we do charge from arrival.
This depends what caused the blockage in the first place. If it was caused by wet wipes, nappies, cooking oil or fats then not putting such items down the toilet or drains can stop further blockages happening.
If we can’t find the reason for the blockage and if we can remove water from the pipe we can deploy a CCTV camera to survey all areas where the blockage may be occurring to see exactly what is going on.
Yes, we have a high pressure drain jetting system that some plumbers even call for the use of.
If the blockage was caused by a collapsed or damaged drain or pipe then repairing the damage is also something you can have us do.
